A group of kids who looked to be about 12 years old were standing on the corner of Wheelock and Main Streets this afternoon holding "Peace" signs. When asked why they were loitering, the children replied that they were "protesting" against "war and Bush." They "protest" there every Friday afternoon between 3:30 and 4:30. Inquiries in to why they kept such short hours were met with confusion.
Shouldn't Hanover have after-school programs to keep kids like these off the streets and out of trouble?

Silly dartlogger. Those ARE the after school programs.
Shouldn't New Hampshire have mental institutions for folks like these to keep them off the streets and out of trouble?
